Announcing the launch of our stunning new Wine Room.

Last year, the Hills Prospect Wine Department expanded, acquiring the ground floor of Consolidated House. After complete remodelling and renovation, overseen by Wine Director Collette Whittington-Bowers, the Wine Room is now fully up and running. To be used as a meeting space, brand and supplier presentations, customer tastings and events, WSET courses and examinations, or even as a relaxing entertainment area, the Wine Room is the perfect setting.
